This week’s feature is Anna Mae, Ch.Wynwood N’ Foxfire’s La Paloma (Am/Int’l Ch.Bluhaven’s All Electric, NSD x Ch.Wynwood’s EZ Sailing For Glory,NSD,NRD,V,BROM). Anna Mae was a pocket rocket, still the smallest Weimaraner we’ve had. She was 23-24″-ish and might have tipped it at 50lbs on fat day. She had a load of drive and I had no clue what to do with it! You still see Anna Mae in our dogs today (see Tali, she definitely resurfaced there!). Anna was a great producer but didn‘t have the right combination of titled dogs and good luck to get a BROM. We’re grateful for the work owners put into to titling their dogs. She’s pictured here at 10 years old. She ran like a maniac until the day she passed away quietly in bed next to me. Anna Mae was the puppy keeper and teacher, and the kind of Weimaraner anyone would enjoy having. We miss her. 1998-2010
